The Parliament Legal Database aims to increase accessibility to Namibian legislature. The searchable database allows visitors to find any act or gazette applicable to Namibian law.
The Namibian Parliament in collaboration with the National Planning Commission and the Delegation of the European Union implemented a five-year Parliamentary Support Programme (PSP) during 2012 and 2017.
The PSP was funded by the 10th European Development Fund and implemented by Konrad Adenauer Foundation and Transtec Project Management. The objective of the PSP was to enhance public access to the laws in force in Namibia.
A large contributor towards achieving this objective, was the creation of the Parliamentary Legal Database. All annotated acts and gazettes are made available to the public via this portal.View Site
